Once upon a time, the prosecution had to establish intent.  In order to get a murder conviction, the prosecution had to clearly show the person intended to kill the victim.  This is just the inevitable next step in the police state.  The government monster cannot be put back in the box.  If you’re a statist, even of the minarchist variety, my sincerest hope is that you will at least consider anarchism, maybe do a little research and study.  –  Colonel Nogov
